We felt in good hands from the very start, the initial appointment was very relaxed and Dr Alcock spent a lot of time getting to know us and what our concerns were, she then spent time explaining the process and what information would go into the assessment. The assessment itself was really straightforward and we were kept up to date throughout. The report was incredibly detailed and had lots of recommendations and links to materials to help us support our daughter.
Dr Alcock and her team are incredibly professional and friendly, nothing ever seems like too much to trouble.

We have also used Dr Alcock post diagnosis for support within our family as we navigate the new diagnosis and the impact it has on our family and again the support has been fantastic, my eldest daughter loves her sessions with Dr Alcock and gives her a real safe place to go and talk through any worries or concerns she may have.
